Terms of site use
DEPOSITS....All deposits are nonrefundable (except rental car deposits): Alternate dates are usually acceptable if one week's notice is given.
CONFIRMATION....deposits can vary from one program to another, but most require a deposit to be made within 7 days of making the reservations.
PAYMENT....Payment options vary depending on departure city.
CHANGES....Every transportation company (common carrier), travel supplier and hotel has their own regulations concerning changed bookings and cancellations. In the event of changes of reservations for which the client has made a deposit or final payment, Cuba Travel USA, will charge $50 USD per person for each change.
JURISDICTION....In the event of any dispute arising out of the use of this site, you agree to settle this matter in a friendly manner with the Cuban Chamber of Commerce in the City of Havana, Republic of Cuba.
MODIFICATIONS....Cuba Travel USA reserves all rights to make modifications and changes to this site at any time as well as to the Getting Legal section. Should we make any changes, you agree to stay in touch with this site, and to abide by the changes and conditions.
LIABILITY....we do not assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damage or expenses from: 1. Personal injury or death; 2. Damage or loss of property; 3. Delay, inconvenience, increased charges or physical or mental conditions resulting from the trip. 4. We are merely a booking agent and cannot be responsible for any acts or omissions committed by any airline, hotel or tourist agency in Cuba, Mexico, Bahamas, Canada or any other country.
We reserve the right at our discretion to change any part of the itinerary without notice and for any reason. The prices advertised here are subject to change according to any unforeseen price increases. We can not be held responsible for changes made by airlines. Everything offered as part of this is described in writing herein. No other representation, descriptions or promises are valid unless they are confirmed in writing. Your deposit or final payment is deemed acceptance of these conditions.
