The following is a summary of the the damages done throughout Cuba due to Hurricane Dennis.

Hotel Accommodations and other resources:

Cayo Levisa & Cayo Largo; All properties are operating normally

Ciego de Avila & Jardines del Rey (Cayo Coco, Cayo Guillermo) : All utilities are operating OK.

Cienaga de Zapata: There's no damage in Playa Larga o Playa de Giron but there is derious damages to Fiesta Campesina, La Boca y Criadero de Cocodrilos de Guama, and restaurant Pio Cua.

Cienfuegos: Only hotel operating is the Hotel La Union but with water and electricity problems. The following hotels were severely damaged: Pasacaballo, Faro de Luna, Rancho Luna, Yaguanabo, Guajimico and Madolores. In the case of hotels Rancho Luna and Faro Luna, a period of 10-12 days is expected for repairs.

Granma: The following hotels are operating Balcon de la Sierra, Sierra Maestra, and Royalton. The hotel Marea del Portillo in Manzanillo was severly damaged and will undergo repair for at least 3 months.

Guantanamo & Baracoa : All the utilities are operating OK

Havana: All properties are operating normally. Villa Tropico, Arenal and Atlantico are working properly in east Havana.

Holguin; All utilities are operating OK.

Jibacoa: Hotel Breezes Jibacoa is working properly.

Las Tunas; All the utilities are operating OK; they are deciding with Gran Caribe when to re-open Hotel Covarrubias.

Pinar del Rio, Vinales, Las Terrazas: All properties operating normally

Santiago de Cuba: Only the city hotels are operating: Melia Santiago, Casagranda, Villa Gaviota, San Juan, Las Americas y Libertad. The beach front hotels were all damaged as well as the Acquarium.

Sancti Spiritus: Hotels in the city and Zaza are operating OK.

NOTHING IS OPERATING IN TRINIDAD/ THERE'S NO ELECTRICITY. There's work being done to open Hotel Las Cuevas. In the case of Playa Ancon ( hotels Costa Sur, Ancon and Brisas Trinidad del Mar will take at least 40-50 days for repairs to be done)

Varadero: All water and electricity problems are working properly in all hotels. Hotels damaged are Hotel Caminao and Cabaret Tropicana de Matanzas.

Villa Clara & Cayo Santa Maria; All utilities are operating OK.
